• Implementation of Enrollment Process
• Troubleshoots all failed jobs with agreed SLAs.
• Provides technical support to users for both enrollment and authentication process
• Able to understand matters relating to Acts and Regulations.
• Responsible for providing training to various users on certification and enrollment process.
• Hardware and software purchase
• Support UIDAI ecosystem partners in adoption and launch of Aadhaar authentication services
• Providing on-site support for project implementation at the ground level
• Provide post go live field level support and support for resolution of issues through liaison with government departments, application support and operations teams etc.
• Other functions assigned by the Regional Offices of UIDAI from time to time
