State Bank of India (SBI) has Published online applications from Indian candidates for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on contractual basis. Location :- Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai or as decided by the SBI.

Contract Period: The contract period should be 5 years. However, the contract can be terminated from either side by giving advance notice of 3 months.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Chief Information Officer (CIO): The candidate must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in software engineering or relevant field; MBA will be an additional advantage.
• Chief Technology Officer (CTO): The applicant must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in software engineering or relevant field; MBA will be an additional advantage.
• Dpt. Chief Technology Officer in (e-Channels): The candidate must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in software engineering or relevant field; MBA will be additional advantage.
• Dpt. Chief Technology Officer  in (Core Banking): The applicant must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in software engineering or relevant field; MBA will be an additional advantage.

Age criteria

The maximum age limit for the posts of Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is 55 years as on January 1, 2022.

The maximum age limit for the posts of Deputy Chief Technology Officer (e-channels), Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Core Banking) is 45 years as on January 1, 2022.
