• Conducting Employees Accountability Examination (SAE) in NPA accounts with outstanding up to Rs.50 crore.
• Role of empaneled IO SAE/ SAE/Investigation report to the authority ordering the investigation.
• The SAE/Investigation report should be a statement of facts and should not contain any recommendation.
• Standard format developed by BCDM department shall be used for submission of SAE/Test report.
• The IO shall ensure that all documents and registers containing evidence are
• Kept in the personal custody of the Branch/Unit Head after being admitted to the branch
• Document Register.
• The authority ordering the inquiry may assign other relevant roles depending on the need of a particular case.

• The retired officer should have retired from the service of the Bank on receipt. Superannuation on or after 31.12.2019 as Officer in Grade SMGS-IV/V.
• The employment of an officer shall be terminated on attaining the age of 65 years or after 3 years of employment, whichever is earlier.
• The integrity of the officer during his service should not be doubtful.
