OPSC Recruitment 2022 for Junior Assistant Posts - Last Date 23.05.2022

Age Limit: As on 1st January 2022

Candidate's minimum age should be 21 years.

Candidate's maximum age should be 38 years.

 2 January 1984 - 1 January 2001.

 Age relaxation is applicable as per rules

educational qualification:

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any university.

 Candidate should have adequate knowledge in basic computer skills.

 Salary Details:

 Rs. – 13,300/- per month (Rs. – 5,200/- to Rs. – 20,200/-)

Selection Process :

 Candidates selection process for recruitment to the post of Junior Assistant will be done through Competitive Examination and Skill Test.

 Exam Centre:

 Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack and Sambalpur.

Scheme and topics for the exam:

 Paper-I : Language Test (English & Odia): 100 Marks & Time Duration: 02 Hrs

 Paper-II: General Knowledge (Objective): 100 Marks & Time Duration: 01 Hour

Paper-II: Mathematics (Objective): 100 Marks & Time Duration: 03 Hours

 Basic Computer Skills (Objective): 100 Marks.

 Practical Skill Test:

 Basic Computer Skill: 50 Marks and 01 Hour

Other points:

 1. The level of examination will be equivalent to that of Higher Secondary Examination

2. Those who qualify the written test will be called for practical skill test

3. Practical skill test will be of qualifying nature

4. There will be negative marking in Paper-II & II (Objective Type) for wrong answer i.e. 25% of the marks allotted for a particular question.
