Experience in Executive Cadre in relevant field in Government/Public Sector Undertaking or private company of repute. Should have experience in mine planning, project implementation and operation and maintenance of coal mining project (preferably open cast mine).

The candidate should have made significant contribution in the development of mines (preferably open cast mine) from green field project to operation of the mine. Must have expertise in dealing with Govt. Authorities to obtain various clearances for the development of mines.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 23 years post qualification experience in Executive Cadre in relevant field in Government/Public Sector Undertaking or private company of repute, out of which at least 08 years experience in the post and scale of pay of Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 or more.
