National Testing Agency has invited appliance from students studying in schools across the country under the Young Achiever Scholarship Scheme. National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited online appliances from school students studying in class 9th and class 11th in identified schools across the country for the PM Young Achiever Scholarship Award scheme under the Vibrant India (Yashasvi) scheme. Interested and eligible students can apply for the scholarship scheme till August 26, while the window for amendment in the appliances form will open from August 27 to August 31.

• The Government of India has invited eligible applicants belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and De-Notified Nomadic Tribes (DNT/S NT) categories to study in class 9th and class 11th in identified schools across the country. For providing scholarships, Vibrant India (YASASVI) has operated a scheme as PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme.

NTA Scholarship 2022: Some Important Information

• The selection of applicants for the award of scholarship under this scheme will be through a written “YASASVI ENTRANCE TEST”.
• Only students of class 9th and 11th can apply for the scholarship.
• The annual income of the parents/guardians of the students should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh.
• Both boys and girls can apply for this scholarship scheme.
• The student applying for the class 9th examination must have been born between 01-04-2006 to 31-03-2010.
• Nominees will not have to pay any examination fee.
• The student applying for the class 11 examination must have been born between 01-04-2004 to 31-03-2008.
