North Central Railway Recruitment 2022: Educational Qualification –

For Pay Matrix Level-2 (Grade Pay Rs.1900/-): Candidate must have minimum Intermediate or equivalent examination passed with 50% aggregate from any recognized Board/University. The condition of 50% marks is not to be insisted upon. Case of SC/ST/Ex. Soldiers and candidates having higher qualification ie. Graduation / Post Graduation etc.

For Pay Matrix Level-1 (Grade Pay Rs.1800/-): Candidate must have minimum qualification of 10th pass from any recognized Board or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

North Central Railway Recruitment 2022: Minimum Scouts & Guides Qualification –

The candidate should possess the following certificates in support of his/her Scout and Guide qualification:-

(a) Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) Holder Section of the President;

(b) Should be an active member of a Scout organization for at least 5 years. The 'Activity Certificate' should be as per Annexure 'C' and

(c) Should have attended two events at National level or All India Railway level and two

(a) Candidates applying for Grade Pay Rs. 1900 (Pay Matrix Level – 02) ie. Catg. No. 1 Must be between 18 to 30 years of age as on 01.01.2023. (i.e. he must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1993 and not later than 01.01.2005)

(b) Candidates applying for Grade Pay Rs. 1800 (Pay Matrix Level – 01) ie. Catg. No. 2 needed. Between 18 to 33 years of age as on 01.01.2023. (i.e. he must not have been born before

Written Test 60 Marks. The written test will consist of 40 objective questions (40 marks) and 1 essay type question (20 marks) in bilingual format relating to Scouts and Guides. Organization and its activities and General Knowledge for Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- (Pay Matrix Level- 02) and Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- (Pay Matrix Level – 01), as per the syllabus given in Para 6.
