NDA NA Recruitment 2023: Overview

When will the exam be held

According to the calendar issued by the Commission, after the notification is issued on December 21, 12th pass candidates wishing to become officers in the army will be able to apply for this examination by January 10, 2023. On 16 April 2023, UPSC will conduct this examination at the centers to be built in different cities of the country.

Required height and chest for NDA

• The height of the candidate going to apply for NDA exam ranges from 157 cm to 162.5 cm. However, the reserved category youths are given relaxation in this. It is necessary for the candidate to be unmarried for the application. Also, the chest of the youth applying should be of 81 cm. An amount of Rs 100 will be taken as fee from the applicants.

Application Fee and Examination Process

• In the preliminary exam, 120-120 questions will be asked from Mathematics and General Ability. Whose integer will be 900 rupees. Along with this, Intelligence and Personality Test will also be of 900 marks. There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the exam. As a result of which one-third mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.

What will be the expected cutoff

• To qualify NDA, candidates have to score only 25-25 percent marks in both the papers. For the candidates going to take the exam in the year 2023, the cutoff can range from 349-359 marks to 709-719 marks out of 900.
