• You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the specialized competencies necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.
• GS-14: To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of experience directly related to the GS-13 level equivalent to:
• Participate in strategic planning in relation to program development;
• Perform data validation and quality control checks for programs or projects;

• Uses data sources to identify programmatic needs.

• Develops and/or assists with program and/or management assessments to ensure programmatic and/or management goals are well documented
