• He should be a native of Rajasthan.
• Those who have passed 12th examination from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education Ajmer with minimum 60% marks this year.
• Whose parent or guardian's annual income is up to 2 lakh 50 thousand rupees.
• The student who is studying regularly in any state or non-state college higher education institution of Rajasthan.
• The student should not be getting the benefit of any other scholarship by the Government of India or the State Government.
• To take advantage of the Rajasthan Scholarship Scheme, the applicant must have a bank account of his own. Scholarship amount will be transferred to this bank account through DBT.
