(i) 10th class pass.
(ii) Must possess valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
(iii) Must have at least two years' experience of driving a motor vehicle.
(iv) Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (Should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).
Document Verification. All the shortlisted candidates will have to go through document verification before appearing in the written test. Candidates will be required to bring their original documents and self attested Xerox copies (02 sets) as per instructions/ instructions given in their Admit Card.
(1) Valid photo identity card.
(2) Matriculation or equivalent mark sheet and certificate.
(3) 12th / UG / PG / Diploma mark sheet and certificates as per required qualification.
(4) Latest category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) for reserved category candidates.
(5) Experience Certificate.
(6) NOC from the employer for presently serving in any Government Organization.
(7) Two recent passport size color photographs.
(8) Applicants have to enclose a separate blank envelope
(9) Rs. 50/- postage stamp (pasted on the envelope) addressed to himself along with the application.
Written Test All the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the written test based on the educational qualification prescribed for the post. The written test will be pen-paper based and of one hour duration. The question paper (bilingual) for the written test will consist of 80 objective type questions, carrying one mark for each correct answer and no negative marking.
Merit List Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written examination and will be published on Indian Coast Guard website with necessary instructions.
The Indian Coast Guard is yet to release its syllabus for the Group C examination 2022. It will soon release the detailed Syllabus regarding various posts on its official website.
