Mobile Number – Similar to identity details, contact details are also required. For this, families will have to give a mobile number, so that the families can be contacted if needed.

However, apart from this, it is also necessary to produce the ration card at the time of online registration. Hence, families should submit relevant documents at the time of online registration.

1. Apart from the process of online registration, offline registration has also been started by the state government. Families can get the application form for offline mode from any ration shop. It is also present in tehsil offices, gas agencies, block development offices, government schools and more. However, families can get the forms from the offices for free. Families can also get the application form and relevant information from the Common Center.
2. After this, the families will have to fill and submit all the relevant information including information about each family member in the application form. While submitting, families should also submit relevant documents along with the form.

How to update family details :-

• First of all you have to visit the official website of Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra, meraparivar.haryana.gov.in.
•  You will see the option of Update Family Details in the menu bar on the home page as you can see View.
• Here if you are a family identity card number, then click on Know Yes button or No button.
• After clicking on Yes button you will enter your family ID card number and then click on search button. As you can see below.
• Now the update family information form of my family, my recognition,
•  will open in front of you, in which you can easily correct or change whatever information about your family.

How to update family Information with aadhar ticket number:-

• First of all visit the official website of Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra, meraparivar.haryana.gov.in.
• On visiting the website, its home page will open in front of you and you will have to click on the option of Update Family Details in the menu bar on the home page as you can see view.
• If you want to update family details with the help of Aadhar number, then you will click on NO button.
• On clicking the “NO” button a new page will open in front of you where you will enter your Aadhar card number and click on the check button, as can be seen below.
• Now the Update Family information form will open in front of you, in which you can change or update any information about your family.
