• Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), break-fix and end user support activities as required
• Stage build and image systems with the standard client image (aka ecore).
• Carry out special projects as per client's requirement
• Provides technical training to more junior employees
• Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migration and/or eDiscovery.
• When necessary, provide manufacturing "shop floor" support for handheld, laptop, and scanner devices.
• Support mobile operating systems, standard/client apps, and mobile device management (MDM) configuration on smartphones and tablets.
• Provide support to the facilities, engineering and security teams to address infrastructure related issues with video surveillance systems/card access systems or building management systems.
• Collaborate with various global teams in the planning and delivery of new server, storage and network equipment to the local site to meet quality and on-time expectations

Cognizant DSS Recruitment 2023 – Job Requirements –

• Minimum 5+ years desk side support services.
• A+, MCP, MCSE or equivalent certification desired.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication and computer/storage.
• Practical experience on switches, routers, firewalls to mount and unmount in racks
• L1 experience identifying network equipment and helping Tier 2 teams with investigations and fixes.
• Advanced knowledge of MacOS and iOS environment and administration.
• Advanced understanding of the MacOS imaging and end-point deployment process.
• Basic understanding of policy, user certificates, and keychain design, management, and deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of mobile device support
• Nextthink and knowledge on auto-pilot.
• OS deployment through SCCM and understanding of SCCM environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of MS Windows operating system.
