CAPF SSB CRPF ITBP BSF Recruitment 2022
Selection for the post of Assistant Commandants (GD) in CAPFS through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination-2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Applications are invited from serving Sub-Inspectors and Inspectors through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for the post of Assistant Commandants (GD) in Sashastra Seema Bal, Central Reserve Police Force, Border Security Force and Indo-Tibetan Border Police.
Vacancy year-2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 as per recruitment rules of respective forces in the same examination. The posts are temporary but likely to be permanent as per the guidelines of the Govt.

The vacancies mentioned above are subject to change (may increase or decrease at any stage).
The selection of candidates for the vacancies in ITBP for the year 2022 is subject to the outcome of the writ petition filed before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court.
Out of total 61 vacancies in BSF, 5% i.e. 03 vacancies (one for each year-2020, 2021 and 2022) are to be filled by women candidates. However, if the vacancies are not filled for female candidates, they will be filled by recruiting male/other candidates and will not be carried forward.
7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-10, 56,100/- (PB-III Pre-Revised Scale Rs 15,600 + Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400/-) plus allowances like DA, HRA, CCA, and other allowances. Acceptable under the rules.
The eligibility for AC (GD) through this LDCE will be as per RRS of the respective forces. It will be the responsibility of the concerned CAPFs to scrutinize the application accordingly before forwarding it to SSB.

The selection process will be as follows
Written exam:-
The written test will consist of three papers as per the details given below. Admission to the written test will be purely on production of call letters issued by the nodal agency to the eligible candidates and force identification cards of the candidates. Since, this exam is purely for CAPFS personnel, all the candidates will be in proper uniform.
Paper-I (Intelligence Test & General Knowledge). (Time 2 Hours-100 Marks & 100 Questions) It will consist of General Awareness, General Intelligence, and Reasoning. Numerical Ability, Current Events, Everyday Observations and Experience Matters. This paper will be of objective type (multiple choice questions and bilingual i.e. English or Hindi).
Paper-II (Professional Skills) (Time 2 Hours - 100 Marks and 100 Questions) It will be designed to test the professional skills of the candidate in relation to the operational and administrative requirement of the Force of which he is a member. This paper will be of objective type (multiple choice questions and bilingual i.e. English or Hindi).
Paper-III (Essay, Precise Writing & Comprehension) (Time 2 Hours - 100 Marks) the medium of writing the essay will be either Hindi or English to be chosen by the candidate. However, the medium of writing Precis and Comprehension will be English only.
Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-
The candidates who qualify in Paper-I and II of the written examination mentioned in Note 1 and 2 will only be called for Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test at the venue specified by the Nodal Force by constituting a Board of Officers. The Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted as per the norms prescribed for the direct recruitment of Assistant Commandants (GD) in CAPFS. The Physical Efficiency Test will consist of the following components which will be qualifying in nature but failure even in one event will amount to disqualification:
